Jayesh has been a police officer for the last 20 years but due to being treated poorly by the organisation he knew a change was needed.

Thankfully, Jayesh already had a side business called JG Estates, which supports landlords with property letting and management but wanted to grow this with speed so he decided to join Shifts to Success.

Within a short period of time, Jayesh has hit £60,000 in business income managing over 50 properties across Leicestershire. As a result, he has now resigned from the police, living life on his terms.
