There are three main challenges for members of the police around their roles right now:
Many work long, unsocial shifts and this uneven work-life balance has a terrible impact on morale. This takes away precious time with your family and loved ones and away from living life on your terms.
Many feel that there is limited opportunities to develop. Combined with poor pay, benefits and an ever diluting pension. This only makes workers feel as though they are not paid their worth.
Dealing with dangerous, stressful situations on a daily basis has a major negative impact on your health and wellbeing. As well as the physical rigours of serving, workload and responsibility add to the daily anxiety and stress and it’s not helped by the lack of support.
We exclusively help ex- and serving members of the police to become entrepreneurs so they can build a better income and future for themselves, their family and loved ones.
We believe that members of the police, past and present, have skill sets that are highly correlated with successful entrepreneurs. We believe you can use those skill sets to build entrepreneurial businesses that make an impact and solve meaningful problems.
Our mission is to empower and enable the entrepreneurial heart in police officers by providing them with the skills, tools and resources they need, so that they can live life on their own terms, with more income, time and passion.

In September 2015, 193 world leaders agreed to 17 Global Goals for Sustainable Development. If these Goals are completed, it would mean an end to extreme poverty, inequality and climate change by 2030. While we support all 17 goals, our services are directly focused on improving goal #16.
