Many work long, unsocial shifts and this uneven work-life balance has a terrible impact on morale. This takes away precious time with your family and loved ones and away from living life on your terms.

Feeling undervalued

Many feel that there is limited opportunities to develop. Combined with poor pay, benefits and an ever diluting pension. This only makes workers feel as though they are not paid their worth.

Challenge #3

Health and wellbeing

Dealing with dangerous, stressful situations on a daily basis has a major negative impact on your health and wellbeing. As well as the physical rigours of serving, workload and responsibility add to the daily anxiety and stress and it’s not helped by the lack of support.

We exclusively help ex- and serving members of the police to become entrepreneurs so they can build a better income and future for themselves, their family and loved ones.

Our mission is to empower and enable the entrepreneurial heart in police officers by providing them with the skills, tools and resources they need, so that they can live life on their own terms, with more income, time and passion.

STRUCTURE

We ensure that you are given the information at regular intervals in various formats so that you can understand one area of business before we move onto the next. You get focused sessions for each subject with our mentors, home-learning in bite-sized chunks, online resources and a supportive Facebook community.
